A new site is useful once Gridkeeper can see the hardware and the tariff. The in-app checklist is the same order: create the site, add a grid connection, connect a platform, and verify your email.
- Open Platform Integrations and connect the vendor cloud for the inverter, charger, or switches you already have.
- Open Global Device Management, then Add Device, and pick what appears under Discovered Devices. A connection does not control anything until the device is added to the site.
- In Settings → Building & Grid, add the grid feed and the retailer plan for that feed.
- Stay on Basic Mode until the site is behaving. Switch to Advanced Mode when you want your own policies.
Storm Mode, EV required hours, and the default automation policies are the fastest things to try after the devices are in. The info icons inside Gridkeeper open the same topics in context.
